Our app

With the H2R Layouts app you can connect directly to a Blackmagic Design ATEM switcher to control its SuperSource layout, or to vMix to control a MultiView or VirtualSet input.

How does pricing work?

Pay once and that's it.

Your purchase is good for all future updates of H2R Layouts (the app). When we add a new version, we will update your account (and let you know via email) that a new version is available.

  • new vMix support - connect to a vMix instance from the Connections panel (IP and port, 8088 by default).
  • new Choose which vMix input (MultiView or VirtualSet) layouts are sent to, with a refresh button to reload the input list.
  • new Layouts recall to vMix as well as ATEM. Either device can be used on its own, and keyboard shortcuts work with either connected.
  • new Optional "Block changes while the input is on air" guard, which refuses to change a vMix input that is on program output, including when it is nested inside the active input. Off by default.
  • new Set the vMix input and on-air guard over the WebSocket API for control from Companion and other systems.
  • new Per-layout SuperSource art settings - set foreground/background art (fill, cut, mode, premultiplied, clip, gain, invert) from the layout editor, applied on recall.

  • fix Dragging a layout now shows its thumbnail as the drag preview, and fades the layout being moved.

Does the app work with my ATEM switcher?

Yes - the app is designed to work with your ATEM switcher. It controls the ATEM's SuperSource so make sure you are using it with an ATEM that has SuperSource.

How many computer can I use the app on?

The app comes with one licence to be used on one computer at a time. Please purchase a second licence if you plan to use it on multiple computers at the same time.

Is this a subscription?

Nope. This is a one time purchase.

What does my purchase include?

Your purchase includes the .exe and/or .dmg installation files of H2R Layouts (the app) - depending on what you purchased. It also includes our 100+ pre-made layouts pack with loads of very useful layouts (so you don't have to build your own).
